According to consumer protection law, if you are a private person which doesn't use software professionaly, you have the right to terminate the agreement about program package purchase within 7 days from the receipt of the package. According to the same law there are special terms for returning of ordered programs: program/package can be returned if you haven't opened it, so if it is in original packaging.
Purchase agreement for and in behalf of minors or completely incapable persons in fields of business can be signed only by their legal representatives. Partially incapable persons in the fields of business can sign the agreement only with consent of their legal representatives.
